The showcase, curated by architects and interior designers from the IIID Hyderabad Chapter, focused on the interior design, architecture, and construction industries. The three-day B2B trade expo provided a platform for industry professionals and the general public to explore emerging trends and contemporary design solutions.
Mr. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy highlighted the significance of the event, marking the 50th anniversary of IIID, and expressed enthusiasm for hosting more such exhibitions in Hyderabad, a leading metropolitan city in India. He emphasized the pivotal role of architects, noting their importance over builders in shaping the built environment.
Ar. Rakesh Vasu C.S., Convener and Honorary Treasurer of IIID-HRC, noted that the bi-annual Design Showcase aims to present the latest trends and innovations in the design industry. The event is designed to cater to a broad spectrum of design needs, from smart devices to turnkey solutions. This year’s theme, “Design Intelligence,” underscored the event’s commitment to advancing design thinking and solutions.
